Change in the Leadership of Neutrik AG
The Supervisory Board of Neutrik AG, Schaan is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Boeglin as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neutrik AG. Peter Boeglin will assume full responsibility as CEO on January 1, 2016, succeeding Werner Bachmann who will pass on the leadership to Peter Boeglin after his own 40 successful years within the Neutrik group.
The Supervisory Board of Neutrik AG is confident that Peter Boeglin has the background and experience to lead Neutrik AG in the future, and to continue its successful company history.
Born in Switzerland, Peter Boeglin grew up in Liechtenstein and has a successful track record in industrial management both at home and abroad after having graduated as Mechanical Engineer (ETH Zurich). He has held several positions at director level, including serving as CEO of a large company in the machine tool industry for many years. He also maintains ties with the academic sector, teaching at the University of Rapperswil.
Peter Boeglin will join Neutrik AG in August 2015, and will assume full responsibility as CEO of Neutrik AG on January 1, 2016.
Werner Bachmann will retire on December 31, 2015 and has the possibility to become Member of the Supervisory Board. As a Neutrik pioneer he has dedicated himself to the company and its products in all aspects of the business with outstanding commitment and passion for over four decades.
