Fanlights Conservation & Design

We specialise in fanlight conservation, reproducing period designs and creating bespoke designs. We use the best of traditional methods ensuring our fanlights are true to the original and robust in use of materials and techniques to match up to heritage standards.

Our Fanlights are supply only, not fixed, and are primarily copies of Georgian designs built to order in wooden sashes. The sash may be provided by the client or made up by us at the client’s expense.

They are made to Francis Underwood’s original construction specifications and are glazed with 3mm drawn glass as standard, or with blown "period" glass at an additional cost.

Stained Glass Conservation & Design

As well as fanlights, we offer other services including stained glass conservation at the highest level.

Anthony Temperton has worked for over 25 years as a stained glass conservator at York Glaziers Trust, one of the UK’s leading conservation studios.

During that time he has worked on many prestigious projects involving a high level of skill, technique and knowledge.
